I was being bitten at night & thought the bite patterns were bed bugs. The 1st PCO quoted me $1200 & I panicked even more. I lost 7 lbs & didn't sleep for a week. I also covered my house in DE dust (DON'T. Call Bug Free). Finally I found the reviews on Bug Free & gave them a call. Billy answered the phone After 7 pm & came the very next morning at 7 a.m. He assured me after a thorough search of my home that he found no evidence of bed bugs. He even showed me BBs he had in captivity to ensure that was not the bug I had seen in my linen closet. Next, he gave me advice on how to vacuum up the DE dust safely & told me to capture a bug if I saw one. I was so worried that Billy could have easily taken my money - $650, not $1200 by the way. Instead he gave a free inspection & great advice. Once I vacuumed I found a black carpenter ant, 1 with wings, 1 without. They were all over outside of my house & these little suckers bite people on contact. I feel much better & will definitely call Bug Free to spray for these little pests. DONT TRY TREATING A PROBLEM YOURSELF, STAY OFF OF GOOGLE, AND CALL BUG FREE. Thanks again Billy! You're definately the "bed bug guy"!
Bug Free lives up to its name! I realize that with a name like Bug Free and 57 five-star reviews, this company was the obvious choice, but I was still surprised at the level of professionalism and dedication to customer service shown by both the owner, John, and the tech, Billy. And the results? Its only been a couple of days, but there are no more box elder beetles crawling all over the outside of the house, no more wasps buzzing us every time we go outside, no more spiders lurking in every nook and cranny. My husband and I couldnt be happier. We will definitely be signing up for Bug Frees annual maintenance plan. Like the others whove left stellar reviews, we are happy and, more importantly, bug free. In summer of 2011, after having another pest control company for several years, we started having problems with carpenter ants. The other company came several times, but we still had them. I called Bug Free. John came right away. He was professional and courteous, and most of all, got rid of the ants. He comes on a regular basis and has assured me that if we have problems in between his scheduled visits, he will come right away. I would highly recommend Bug Free Pest Control and John to anyone having problems with bugs.
In June 2011, John and Billy came out to our home for exterior treatment of carpenter ants. We were very pleased with their knowledge, professionalism, caring/friendly personalities, and thorough work done at our residence. Excellent work completed and ants were gone! May 2012, we made a prevention call to John and Billy. We are 100% satisfied with the results and the price. We had our wooden playset and large shed treated as well! Extremely happy with the cost. We had bed bugs. This is a traumatizing experience. There are a lot of companies who want to take your money. I chose Bug Free because with the personal service and the time they spent with us, I was assured they would not only take care of the problem but they cared. John and Billy became two people I could rely on one hundred percent. Even though it wasn't easy they took great care of us and with a lot of hard work and diligence the problem was solved.

Here's to being ultra professional and environmentally conscience at the same time.... My wife and I walked out to our garden today to find a swarm of bees on one of our bushes. Not sure who to call we called Bug Free Pest Control. Rather than recommending that they come out and exterminate the bees, John Long recommended the name of a bee keeper (Mike Kuhn) that I should call. He said they would come out and remove the bees without hurting them. They did, and it was very educational in the process. Bug Free earned no money with their recommendation, but they sure showed their integrity. Thank you!!

Bug Free is very timely, thorough, and super nice! They answer any questions that you have any time of day! We had bed bugs and they did a great job getting rid of them. We are now on their monthly service and would recommend them to anyone!

John and Billy did an excellent job treating our house for bed bugs. They did a great job in educating us on what we need to know and do to try to prevent future infestations! They were very thorough in spraying for bed bugs and we haven't seen any in months! They are completely gone! We still have them spray monthly for peace of mind. As those of you know who have had bed bugs, it is more emotionally draining than the physically harmful. Thanks John and Billy for getting rid of our bed bugs and answering our questions any time of day! We would definitely recommend Bug Free to anyone!

If you want a company that is committed to complete and total satisfaction of their customers, then without a doubt you should choose BUG FREE. The day I called for service the response was immediate. Their caring and considerate staff works hard to make sure all of your questions, comments, and concerns are answered. John sets a great example of going the extra mile for the customer and I would recommend him to EVERYONE. Their customer service is A+ in my mind and they stand behind their products and guarantees. I hate spiders! Last year they were terrible in my house and I couldn't go through it again. I called and talked to John. He sent Billy out to do the inspection. Super friendly guys both of em. Billy talked to me about the options and his recommendation. I went with what he thought I should do outside only and in no time it was done and I'm feeling much better about my stay here this year. Definitely recommend these guys on customer service. Not familiar with the goin rate but it definitely seemed fair. Thanks again guys!

Nice to be able to find a local company that does great work. I've used them to treat a bed bug infestation and now on a monthly maintenance plan. I would definitely wish I had never had the need to get to know Bug Free, but if you have bed bugs (which have to be worst pest aside from cockroaches), you must call John. He and his team are great. This is not a problem you will be able to treat yourself (trust me). He really knows his stuff. Since you probably aren't asking your friends about how to treat bed bugs, trust those of us here who have been dealing with them. You will not be sorry you called Bug Free.

BugFree has been servicing our apartment community for almost two months now. In that short time they have completely gotten rid of our roach problem that we had been dealing with for a long time. They also do a great job with treating our bed bug issues. Bug Free made me a promise when they first began service at our community, and they have delivered over and beyond expectation.

I have a two children a five year old and three week old newborn. our home was extremely infested with bed bugs and we had no idea why our children were being ate up every night. they came out and did a extremely thorough inspection and sprayed. after the first of three treatments we have only seen one dead bug in a week. they were very polite and it was a great experience. i am so happy this problem has been taken care of and i will recommend them to anyone with this problem. John and Billy were amazing and were better than the rest, so thanks again you guys are truly masters of your craft.

I was truly impressed with John and Billy. They called me back after Christmas and came and did a thorough inspection and found out that I had bed bugs. They even charged me lesser then what the apartment complex was trying to charge and worked with us since I have two little boys and a fiance. I was worried when my son was covered in bites and they came and did more then the other pest control guy. Even though we never stayed in a hotel or been to a lot of places, we still got them. They did an amazing job and worked with us through out the whole time. They are super kind and very efficient at what they do. I will always recommend them. Thank you again John and Billy.
We called John at Bug Free because my parents were so impressed with his service to eradicate carpenter ants from their home. We had been using Orkin to treat bugs in our basement for 2 years, but they still kept coming back. John did a very thorough inspection around the house, diagnosed them as being "drugstore beetles", and treated for them the same day. After just 1 treatment, they are gone! We hired Bug Free to take over regular treatment of the exterior of our house as well. John and Billy are professional, knowledgeable and courteous; and their services are reasonably priced.
