The staff is very polite and caring- they made me feel safe. The air ambulances are new. I felt comfortable with them because of their knowledgeable staff and the amount of years they have been in business and successful at it.

Privately Medically Equipped Aircraft - handling basic life support, advanced life support and critical care patients. All medical flights are staffed according to each patient's particular needs. / International Commercial Stretcher Service- some rows of seats on a commercial airline will be replaced with an approved stretcher. We will arrange the transportation as well as provide the proper medical team and equipment. This option can be more cost effective however it is not available for immediate transports. / Medical Escort Service- for patients who have been cleared by their physician to fly with a medical escort on commercial flights. This includes help with luggage and wheelchair assistance. Our medical escorts have access to an airline approved oxygen concentrator for no additional charge.
