Children's Air Ambulance is one of a few leading American fixed wing Air Ambulance companies specialized in pediatric air medical transport. If your newborn or child has a serious illness or injury that requires travel to another medical facility via air, a specialized transport team is needed to offer continued pediatric inter-hospital critical care. Our pediatric critical care transport team members work with your pediatrician, as well as hospital doctors and medical staff to ensure that your child arrives safely at the designated medical facility. Our pediatric critical care transport team members have extensive experience caring for critically ill and injured children. Our pediatric critical care transport teams are under the direct supervision of and in constant contact with physicians trained and experienced in pediatric critical care. The pediatric transport team is licensed and familiar with air and ground medical care. CAAI flight team may include registered nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, nurse practitioners and/or physicians who have extensive training in pediatric medical care.
