These guy are great.... I never have a problem with Honor. They show up early and they do an outstanding job everytime. I can't see ohiw rude other customers are when they clearly tell you everything over the telephone and during the walk thru in my home. I never felt mistreated at all. I think these lazy people post bad reviews really need to keep there homes cleaned regularly so they don't have to worry about the price going up because of undisclosed issues with your carpets. We love honor and will always use them.

I tried to get some questions answered before making the appointment such as what is Micro Ban to help me decide if I wanted to replace the carpet in a condo we just purchased or go ahead with getting it cleaned and the man hung up on me. I called him back and said we must have been disconnected and he said no I was wasting his time, I was politely trying to explain why I wanted the info and he hung up on me again!. I called back again and he said to quit harassing him and I told him I was trying to talk to the owner or manager to tell them about the type of service I received on the phone and he said this is America we can refuse service to anyone we choose. I totally agree, I just wanted to make sure he was not just a very rude employee chasing business away from potentially a good company. I was going to get the grout on all the tile in my home cleaned and sealed but he hung up on me before I could even tell him. I have NEVER been treated so rudely. WOULD NEVER USE THEM!! NO STARS!

Never ever give HONOR Carpet Cleaning your business! I called for a quote, the guy who answered was a total jerk when I was simply asking questions about price and their special. I asked for availability he said 'Monday' so I said, 'OK I will give you a call back' hoping for something sooner. Before he hung up I overheard him say, 'She won't call back, she's looking for a cheap deal'...So I called back and when he answered I told him I wasn't looking for a cheap deal, but rather availability and that what he said was very rude and he cut me off and said, 'Lady, I'm just trying to train my employees how to identify who will be a customer and who won't and who is just cheap' I told him he was very rude and He grumbled 'I'm not rude, Goodbye' and hung up on me! if I can get someone to not use them based on their customer service alone, then I've saved you from a bad job. Ironically, their name is HONOR and their slogan is "Our Names is Our Reputation"

Tim did an amazing job at treating my carpet for pet stains! He even gave me tips on how to clean up spills properly and what products work best. He was fast, discreet, and courteous. He cleaned up before leaving and gave me a fair price. Thanks Tim!

I would not refer this company to anyone. The first time is used them i had no complaints. The second time, two techs came to my home and one broke my flat screen television by hitting it in two places with cleaning equiptment. Television no longer works. The tech after agreeing to replace it disconnected his phone. The company says they are not liable, have not held the tech accountable and are of no assistance.
