On Tuesday afternoon, Terry appeared on time, introduced himself and placed protectors over his shoes before entering the house. He was pleasant, conversational, informative, and thorough- all traits that are valued by this customer!

We got the bad news that we need a new Air Conditioning unit. Dan was very helpful, answered all our questions and got a salesman to come out that night so we could get the ball rolling on fixing the problem. The two men who came were very efficient and friendly. They explained what items in our equipment needed repair and why. They also gave a detailed proposal for me to take to my boss. Then when I let them know I had approval they were here within a few hours and then completed the work in the next 2 hours. Pretty great in my mind!

I called Anton's after hours because my furnace motor went out. They told me they could send someone out, but really couldn't do anything until the morning so it made no sense to pay the after-hours surcharge. I appreciated that. In the morning they had a technician at my house by 8:00. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ran to a supplier to get the part and the furnace was back up and running by 9:15. He also suggested replacing a very old gas clothes dryer vent for safety purposes.
