Floyd was very professional and not the typical pushy salesman. He answered all of our questions and gave us a few days to research to make sure we were making the best decision. After answering a few more of our questions over the phone several days later we agreed on price before we went back. Floyd had the car cleaned and ready to go and we were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks to the Floyd and team at Fairfax Mazda for a good experience..
