I always get my routine maintenance completed here and they always do a great job!! Janette is always so friendly and helpful. They always wash & vacuum my car as a courtesy, which I very much appreciate.

Daniel in sales was wonderful to work with. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Michelle in finance was fantastic as well and so efficient! A great experience and the best price in the DMV.

My sales associate, Sarah Arnold, was extremely friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to stay in touch with me when I first contacted Brown's while still deployed overseas. Other dealerships gave me canned responses. I chose to purchase from Brown's for that reason even though I received a slightly lower price at a dealership closer to home. The finance department gave me a bait and switch on the interest rate though.

i.e., A local favorite, or hiI was able to schedule my appointment quickly and easily when I contacted the dealership. My vehicle was serviced shortly after arriving. My service writer was courteous and quick to take down my service request needs that I desired to have performed on my vehicle. The best part was the convenience of being able to book my appointment on line. My problem occurred on a Friday evening after you were closed, but by having the online availability I could book an appointment for Saturday morning.

Staff is very accommodating and friendly. My service advisor, Janette, was able to notify me of some additional repair issues. Brown's has always taken good care of me!

The salesperson and finance person were both very friendly even at the end of the day/night on a snowy cold day. The process was very easy and didn't take long. I ended up getting the exact car that I wanted.

Our salesperson, Sarah Arnold, was just great: friendly, very knowledgeable about the car and always spoke to our specific needs. The finance guy, Barry Luterek, was also very good at his job. He explained everything very clearly and helpfully.

My salesman, Daniel Bonilla, really took a lot of time with me to make sure that I fully understood the features of my new car and that I felt comfortable with it. He also worked with me on getting a purchase that was within my budget and never did he seem to be pressuring me into a particular purchase.
As a single woman, I appreciated being made to feel like my opinion mattered and what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and a loan was important to the staff. They have exceeded my expectations and I appreciate that. Everyone worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied and happy when I drove off the lot.....job well done!

This was by far our best car buying experience ever, and we have had many. They provided a highly knowledgeable, courteous and honest sales team. We got the deal we wanted on a new CX-5, and they stayed late to make sure we were fully satisfied with our purchase.
I was informed by my credit union to purchase my new vehicle at Brown's Fairfax Mazda as part of their auto buying program. The entire car buying experience was great! I had an 11:00 appointment with Mr. Brandon Gaskins, a fairly new Mazda product specialist. Upon arrival, it's like he knew who we were and greeted my wife and I at the door. Having already been in touch with BRandon through phone conversations and email, he knew exactly what we wanted and accommodated us by showing several 2015 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring models. Brandon was very friendly and personable. He answered all our questions with confidence and a smile. He also provided us with a complete rundown of all the features in the vehicle. I feel that everyone at the dealership was helpful, informative, and most importantly honest. I like that your "internet prices" are prices that everyone can qualify for instead of being misleading like almost every other dealership where you must qualify for 6 or 7 different rebates in order to reach the lowest price. Also, Sarah Arnold was GREAT, and deserves a raise ASAP. Very knowledgable and did not pressure me once. Justin was also very efficient at his job and a pleasure to work with. Finally, there was also a business manager who I spoke with (office is on the right as soon as you walk down the hall towards Justin's office) who was VERY pleasant to speak with and answered all my questions in an open and honest manner.

Online pricing was good; appreciate that the online price did not include incentives which were unlikely to apply. Price negotiated through email was even better. In less than 24 hours I was set up with the car I wanted and ready to go.

Floyd Margallo was an excellent sales agent - extremely knowledgeable, no pressure, and very helpful.
Greg is always very helpful and gets me in and out very fast. I appreciate that! I was a little nervous when David left because he had been my 'team leader' for years and always sort of went out of his way to help me - but Greg has definitely filled that role! The whole staff at Browns are always so friendly.

Though I was only bringing the car in that morning for an oil change, I had been rear-ended the weekend prior. As I was getting things set up for the oil change itself, I mentioned the incident and that I was planning to bring the car into Brown's for repair work. Greg took the time out to have a quick look at the damage, bring me over to the body shop so I could talk to the head of shop there and give them a copy of the estimate so that when I do bring the car in for repairs (plus my 15k mile maintenance) a lot of the early paperwork would already be taken care of. A+ service, and totally going above and beyond.
