Friendly and efficient, better than some other salons in the area...

Just got my nails done yesterday, woke up this morning and saw that all of the clear coat on my French manicure was completely cracked and peeling. Went back to get a refund and they said the only thing they could do was have me wait until they "had time" to re do my nails. I wasn't able to wait and just wanted my money back. No such luck. I even asked if I could get a gift certificate to come back next time I was in town, i live four hours away, but nope. They were just extremely rude and I left. Do not go there! The gal even cut my finger with the cuticle trimmers and then when I pointed it out she didn't even care. Very poor customer service!

I just left Fancy Nails with the worst looking pedicure I've ever had. I am so disappointed! I headed there for a treat prior to the weekend, and ended up with just a bad start to the weekend. My technician, Sunshine, slathered lotion all over my toes and feet, not wiping it off completely, so who knows how long the polish will last. Her polishing was just as sloppy, and I left with red polish slopped all over my toes. She didn't use a toe seperator, so one of my toes has more polish on it than the nail next to it. I just spent 15 minutes at home removing excess polish, and trying to cover the streaks and gouges with clear polish, in hopes I could resurrect the pedicure and make it last a week. I'll never be back!!!

This place was awful! My friend and I had the worst service. We even made appointments and were still neglected and rushed out of their with nail polish that chipped off within 24 hours. Go somewhere else for cheap nails/pedicures/manicures. These people don't deserve your business.
