I had the WORST experience here. My experience was this: I was told I could drop in any time for a trim (by two different stylists, and both said I could do so without charge, without an appointment and that I'd be worked in without question), so I did--and was promptly turned away by the receptionist and told that they didn't do "walk-ins." I was 9 months pregnant, husband was being deployed to Iraq in a week, and just wanted to look nice for him before he left--and all I needed was a trim. I couldn't make an appointment for any other time b/c I was working and had a 2 yr old at home to take care of. I told the receptionist my story and she repeated that they had a "no walk-in policy." As I left, horribly embarrassed and in tears, I heard the receptionist snicker to her companion and make a rude comment about me. I advise anyone in Ellensburg to think twice before going here. If I could, I would give them no stars.

I absolutely love this place. I have never been disappointed by any service I have received there. I love every haircut that I have gotten from there.
