I called ARS/Durham after the company I used last year didnt provide any options to get rid of the occasional bad smell from our HVAC. Alfredo offered up some solutions (although not cheap!) in a very professional and comprehensive manner. He genuinely seems to care about a job well done - and I will continue to request Alfredo for future HVAC work.

The ARS team in Durham is terrific. It started with Jeremy diagnosing our issue and recommending a course of action and scheduling a consultation [with Donny]. Donny clearly outlined our options and was very helpful throughout the entire process, including recommendations for financing.

Shopping for a new air conditioner can be as frustrating as buying a new car. ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham sent Kenneth Forman to discuss our options. I never felt pressured. I had a lot of questions and Mr. Forman was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He completely understood my concerns regarding the air flow within the home and he showed us several options. Gave fair price quotes and explained in detail how each of our options worked, pros and cons of each unit and potential savings of each unit. We chose the system and were given several options for payment. They arrived to install the unit exactly when they were scheduled to arrive. The installers were professional and did a great job. Josh was great to work with. In addition to fixing the AC unit that had several dead parts. He provided excellent advice on maintenance activities I should be performing that will help extend the life of our home units. We have now set ourselves up for regular maintenance as well. I've used ARS for many years at my previous residence and I'm glad to be back with them at my new home.

We received excellent service. Josh was very professional and friendly. An old disconnected phone number was on file unfortunately but Josh came by the house anyway. I was so glad to see him as our A/C was not working upstairs at all. He made his diagnosis and had to order a part. The next morning he fixed it very quickly and our a/c was working great immediately! I would highly recommend ARS/ Rescue Rooter Durham!

Josh Baker is AWESOME! He gave me air on a 100 degree day. After my a/c stopped cooling, I called the trusted provider ARS to have them service my system. The first guy came, tried to open valves to check but assured me the valve could not be opened & that I needed a new system. A salesman was promptly contacted & came over last night to give me an estimate. At that point I think the house was 90 degrees inside. Dejected & anxious as to how I would get this new system before company comes on Sat. I was also troubled by the result & felt in my spirit that I needed a second opinion. I found my receipt from two years ago & the name of the man that made majic happen before... Josh Baker. I asked that he come check the system & the next day by 1pm as promised. Josh showed up, grabbed his tools & within minutes there was magic!!! Cooooool air was come from my vents!!! I am deeply appreciative of Josh's service, his can do attitude & belief in his ability. Yes ARS - Josh Baker!!!!

Thoroughly impressed with the service provided by my technician, JJ B., from ARS Rescue Rooter in Durham. He was professional, courteous, and conscientious. He explained everything in detail, taking time to show me both where problems existed in my A/C system and where equipment was still good, and he answered all of my questions. He made recommendations for my home based on his findings, but never made me feel pressured when making my decisions. I would highly recommend JJ B. to my friends and neighbors, and would request him again as my service technician.

Alfredo O. was great. He arrived earlier than expected and diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed everything and double checked. A very professional and thorough job well done.
