Manager is very rude and doesn't try to improve the whole complex just her own apartment unless the suits are coming from New York then a couple days before she sends out a note trying to make it look like she is doing something. Every day she was getting something new when what she had wasn't broken while my neighbors and I are waiting for things to get fixed. She is very unprofessional. Charges for picking up dog poop then at the same time lets her dog out and doesn't clean up. Charged for cigarette filters to people who don't even smoke. All in all I would NEVER recommend that this as a good place to live. The people there are good but dealing with the manager isn't worth it.

Interiors are very shabby for the price. Manager is rude and does not follow through with promises.
