Not a very kept property, it appears to be one of the lower standard properties in Plano, except it somewhat has a curb appeal. Office staff not very customer service friendly and head maintence gentleman very bad customer service as well as not very knowledgable from my personal stand point of view. I regret very much ever signing a lease there. As far as fixing things that need to be and should be fix the process is slow and most of the time just a tempory fix. You defineately don't get your monies worth, me personally think you are over charged for what you pay for. If I was able to get out of my lease without all the charges I would do it in a heartbeat without a second thought.
