General Info

I am a mobile psychotherapist serving the Denver-metro area. I truly meet clients where they are. I use a strength based approach in my therapeutic relationship with my clients. I open and close each session with guided meditation and aromatherapy. I believe healing happens when we are able to connect to our true selves: spiritually, emotionally, physically and socially. I am interested in you as a whole person. I will want to know about your sleep, diet, exercise, relationships, etc. I incorporate Ayurveda into my practice and will often recommend adding certain items to your diet and/or daily routine. I encourage light physical activity and natural sunlight while processing (when appropriate). This could mean walking to your neighborhood park for our session, incorporating sun salutations in session, meeting at a trailhead, etc. If you feel stuck or are struggling with certain aspects of your life, please reach out.
