When one element is out of balance or presenting a challenge, we can feel unfulfilled, disengaged, unhappy, lost, confused, or damaged. That makes sense, since each element impacts all others. To truly and meaningfully understand an individual, a holistic approach is required -- since all of our elements are intricately interconnected. We don't live in vacumms - we live, play, go to school, and work with other people. Our social lives shape and inform our individual lives...and our individual lives shape and inform our social lives.
