They just saw my Rex for the first time today, the people where awesome!! Great with Rex and very, very nice to us. Can’t say enough about how happy I am to find them.

Best vet clinic ever!!

I used to go to a vet in Crestview that charged me double and could never seem to figure out what the problem was with my bulldog mix. I will never go to another! The docs there are amazingly knowledgeable and the techs are also great. Thanks so much southside for always giving my dog and I the best treatment!

I took my bunny to them because she was acting ill, they said she needed to stay overnight and have an IV, so I left her not knowing I would not see her again, the next morning I called to see how she was, they told me she was fine, and when the doc got there I could come and get her, about 1 minute after we spoke, they called back and said.. "OH I WAS WRONG, YOUR BUNNY DIED LAST NIGHT" they said "the intern found her this morning dead" ...need I say more....

My 15 year old Pomeranian had to be put to sleep, This was just the worse day of my life, I was offered to have him cremated, and I accepted... They offered me an urn to have him put into, I paid for all this upfront, when they called me to pick up his ashes, I cried all the way home. I opened the cardboard box to put him next to my bed, and there was no wood urn, just a bag of ashes, and some of the ashes were spilled on the box... I was mortified!!! I called and they told me that is what I paid for... That was just not true, I did not want to argue with them so I just accepted it, I was in shock I hung up, and went and had a box made for him... To this day I still can not believe their uncaring attitude.

Took my dog here after being released from an emergency vet for a rattle snake bite. South side was supposed to take care of nessecary medicine and such but my dog ended up having to stay here for a day. My mom told the vet we spent most of our saving on the emerg. vet and asked them to try and take it easy on the cost. Th eonly thing we ended up having to pay for was $92 of medicine. No costs for kenneling or visit so we probably saved a couple hundred dollars in a time when it mattered most.

The vets here are ALL friendly and knowledgeable. I have brought in multiple dogs, a cat, and even my rats. Every experience has been exceptional. Prices are average, but quality is utmost. I recommend them to anyone in the Crestview area.
