Very disappointed in the service and response with this company. Ordered supplies on the 18th of March and when I did not receive in three weeks I called the company and was informed that my insurance had expired. My policy number had changed and I give them the new number. The order was supposed to go out immediately. It has been over three weeks again and no one has bothered to call and let me know if there is a problem. If there is an issue with the insurance again I cannot fix it if I do not know what is going on. A phone call which was suggested the first time I called is all I ask. I use this equipment every night all night and when it is time for replacements I really need the supplies then not two months later. I will be looking another provider for these supplies.
