I came back to Toyota for the second day to get myself a truck. After all said and done I did the right thing for myself and came away with a 2011 Tundra that was hook up! Rims, lift kit, side step bars, and the works. Thanks Tony! I'm so content and happy with my parents vehicle and mine! I was dreading having to go to a dealer to buy my next car but I have to say this experience has changed my mind. I went to So. Coast Toyota and was introduced to Matt Oberly I have to say this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Not only did he know the products he represented but he listened to me and structured a deal that actually did not make me go over my car budget. Overall, South Coast exceeded my expectations. Dennis knows his stuff and was always available for answering questions. He went out of his way to call us back and keep us updated throughout the process as well. The other service people and sales people I met there were friendly and informative as well. Definitely a great dealership with great people ready to help you get what you want.

This was my 2nd experience at this dealer and again, it was excellent! My sales guys -Bill Jr and Josh were knowledgeable and helpful without pressure, truly professional. I knew what my trade was worth and they gave me what I wanted for it and on top of that they sold me a truck under MSRP! Then I met Patrick in finance and he showed me how to save even more. I had an excellent experience. If you encounter the same guys as me I'm sure you'll be happy too.

Bought my first car today (2013 Corolla) and I couldn't be more happy with the service. Jose Espinoza and Bill Bailey in sales were patient, non-aggressive, and really informative. Awny Shenouda in finance hooked me up with a bumper to bumper package that I feel very comfortable with as well. I had so so credit and no money down, and we made a deal happen that I'm really happy with. Absolutely no buyers remorse here.

Virtually everyone we worked with at South Coast Toyota made us feel like valued customers throughout the sales, finance and delivery process. The managers of the internet, service and finance departments are all first class professionals. I definitely recommend this dealership for your next Toyota purchase.

These guys here are great after going to other dealers such as wondries Toyota who lead you on and try to rip you off these guys are honest and work for the people not the money Brian, Jesse and, Jose helped us get the car we wanted down to the T after being lied to by wondries Toyota led us on for a day after signing the deal couldn't even get the car they promised south coast got by the time we got there got us in and out as promised worth the drive over there would recommend this dealer to anyone keep up the great service guys.

The only partially negative thing I can say about South Coast is that they are a smaller dealership compared with the last dealer I used, Tustin Toyota. The showroom is smaller and not as posh. I'd rather visit the smaller dealer where it seems like they use that extra money to help me get a better deal and lock in my repeat business.

We did not go to the dealership with the intention of buying any car that day at all, but after a little bit more discussion Gary showed us the 2013 Corolla Special Edition in Hot Lava (a gorgeous metallic orange). Gary had listened to us when we were discussing colors and features and used that to show us a 'fully loaded' Corolla in my favorite color.

I went to the dealership to look at a Scion FRS, because my boyfriend and I saw one on Top Gear and then driving around and wanted to see how it drove. We parked and Gary immediately chatted us up. He showed us the FRS, but it was too small for us (I'm 6' and my bf is 6'2"). Gary listened to us and showed us a Scion iQ as well.
