A two bedroom small house move but it was planned and handled as though a large move was envisaged. I was kept informed throughout and the moving crews were very professional and helpful throughout. Very efficient and willing to do extra help when needed! As I had to do my office till the last day at my old place and also to join my new office at the first day I arrived, I opted to take the packing and unpacking service also and this enabled me to settle into my new home in a relaxed and happy way. Coral Springs, FL has been my address for the last 3 years and then it was time to move to Charlotte. I hired Move it USA to move my stuffs because I have previously hired them to move my parents from Columbus to Baltimore and they did an excellent job. This time it wasnt any different. They emphasize so much on customer relations and it shows in how they interact with you. They sent some men who were very strong and capable of moving very heavy things. They were very neat and clean. I always feel like movers make such a mess at packing and moving. These guys were really organized though. I have been meaning to review this company from last month when they helped me move. I have never needed to use a moving company before, so I was pretty nervous about the whole experience. The morning of the move, they showed up right on time and got right to work - no chatting and smooth talking. Since you're on the clock, I really appreciated this. They moved everything out very quickly, I was amazed. Again, I never saw them take breaks, and they never asked for anything. When all was done, they asked if I wanted their help rearranging any of the furniture, and they helped me put my vanity back together. The whole thing was way cheaper than other companies. I didn't find a scratch or damage of any kind on any of my belongings. I figured the move would be long, grueling, and stressful, but everything couldn't have gone better. Don't look any further for a mover. I can't see how you can get more value and professionalism anywhere else.

These guys rocked, I definitely would use them again. All of my stuff got there in good shape. I did my own packing but they still wrapped the furniture and some things they thought I didn't pack well enough. The foreman and crew were quick and professional. The guy in the office made sure everything was coordinated properly and that I was called 30 mins before. He even sent me a text mid day to make sure everything was going alright. While talking about service - Move it USA is the best in business.

I promised I would post a good review if they deliver what they promised and they did. The price was not the lowest but I wanted quality work especially due to the size of my move and the value of some of the furniture and items. The most important part was their honesty. Thanks to Ernesto and his team for an excellent job! The furniture included many valuable antiques, an antique wall screen was difficult to remove, headboards and beds that had to be disassembled and reassembled. Ernesto and his crew handled it all, brought all the needed tools and did everything just right. They were polite, respectful and worked quickly, mindful of the hourly rate they were charging. These guys are amazing and I would trust them with my life. They are incredibly reliable and showed up on time and equipped with an appropriately sized truck, tape, bubble wrap, wardrobe boxes, mattress covers in a variety of sizes, a tool bag with all sorts of tools to dismantle and reassemble furniture and other items, and anything else that could possibly be needed in a move. They were super friendly and remained cheerful! They took relatively NO breaks. They really worked hard to get my move done as quickly as possible and keep my total bill lower than it could have been. And they were very careful with everything.
