These folks are terrific. From the lady who answered the phone, to the turn-around time from call to when they came, to their expertise and courtesy. Our unit (York) was originally installed by them when the house was built in the 70s and we call them whenever there is a problem (which is seldom). They are prompt, courteous, and above all, they know their stuff. they don't try to sell you something you don't need, and if a part needs to be ordered they're on it. Today was in the 90s when the AC went out. I called and about 3 hours later the problem was solved. I have always had good service from them and I recommend them highly.

I woke up to a 50 degree house this morning I checked and did all I knew to fix make the unit work. I called another local heat and air company the guy came out and tells me that I needed $1,400.00 worth of parts and labor to repair my unit. I then call Morgan Brothers they come out and test my unit for cracks (carbon monoxide), clean my burners and let me know that I need a replacement switch. If it's not in stock they will put something in place to get my unit to work till the part comes in. It is January 2007 in Tennessee, 40 degrees and getting colder!! Being a single woman you are always worried you will get taken by a repair man because you do not have the knowledge to fix something yourself. I will be singing the praises of this company for the rest of my life and I couldn't be happier to find an honest company not looking to take advantage of someone in a bad situation.
