On february 16th, 2016, the ice storm hit this area. We noted that limbs from a weeping willow tree in our fron yard was on the hot and neutral power lines. The limbs were burning and smoking. Within twenty minutes, Mr. James Truitt, appeared representing the DREC. Within another 15 minutes, he had the Wolf Tee Service here and they corrected the problem within ten minutes. James said, " I work in the office,"bill Collecting". I don't know anything about this. I told him that he showed excellent decision making ability and he got the people who could correct the problem here and saved a power outage for several homes. Kudos to James and to DREC.
