I recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from the Faricy Boys. We had purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with them thirteen years ago, still have it, and still love it. The salesman had to leave for an appointment, so the next salesman handled me just as well as the first one. I'd rate it a five star if I didn't have to wait so long for a completed transaction. I know that someone called in sick (that beautiful day), and left them with only one finance guy, who was quite busy.

I purchased a used Jeep Unlimited Rubicon recently from Faricy Boys and was highly impressed with the customer service I received. I was able to purchase an extended warranty on a vehicle I figured was too old to do so. The staff from the salesperson to finance department to the administrative assistant were all professional, cordial and never put undue pressure to complete the sale. I was looking at two other vehicles at time of purchase and chose this vehicle/location because of the quality of the vehicle and the specific care I received by the employees. I highly recommend Faricy Boys for new or used vehicle purchase. This was also the first vehicle I ever purchased also.
