I actually never had Henley come out , but Rebecca the scheduler was so wonderful to help me with my frozen patio door lock by offering to our us on the “call First” list rather than wait for a week before I could get in the schedule. Anytime in the next 3 days a service technician might come between scheduled appointments to help my situation. My husband has had a stroke and needs outside throughout the day. The patio door has two steps or the front porch had 7 which are a fall hazard for him. I felt she cared and was working to help. My family has used Henleys for 40+ years and I live supporting tried and true business in town. I will call them again if I can’t replay my door latch myself! Thx Rebecca!
