my son had a few cavities to be filled and l received a referral, called the office and to my surprise the had a cancellation for the next day (morning), so l took the appointment thinking that they were just going to check him for the initial visit, Not only, did Dr McDonnell check him out he also filled his teeth and sealed his first molars, my son who is so afraid of the dentist didn't feel anything, Job well done, l will be sending my patients to the practice. sincerely Cameron's Mum RDH.

Wonderful Doctors, wonderful staff, wouldn't go anywhere else.

We highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Clifton Park. We have been going to Dr. McDonnell for 8+ years. We have been in his office many times, and have never been anything but impressed with him and his staff. They are all professional, helpful, and conscientious. We have grown up in this practice, and they are great with any age kids. It is obvious that they love kids and love to take care of their teeth.

Dr. McDonnell and his entire office staff is soooo amazing! He is funny, WONDERFUL with kids, and toddlers, and babies... my 3rd child has been seeing Dr. McDonnell since he was 8 months old!!! As long as you have 8 teeth you can see him! He is like the fortune teller of the future for your child if they will or will not need braces, so far only one out of my four children have needed orthodontic work. He is simply THE GREATEST!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE WITH A CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 19! - Mother of 4, Christine! :)

I used to work here and i cant say anything bad about the doctors!!! Great ppl to work for and great ppl to trust with your childs dental needs! the set up is a little different with rooms and open bays but 4 out of 5 times it would help out the situation if it was a childs first time because they can watch another kid do the same thing. They also have private rooms if you dont like that.

By far the best experience with children I have ever had! The office is FUN, the staff is FRIENDLY, the Dentists, FANTASTIC! I would reccomend this office to any and every parent out there. The even do same-day work whenever possible! Outstanding!! I have not a single negative thing to comment on. I have already reccomended them to many of my mom friends.

If you can handle lots of noise, music and constant motion with staff, this place is for you. My husband and kids like it, however, it is just too much for me. I have him take the kids for appointments.

The Dr.s and the hygenists all do an amazing job! Dr. McDonnell is energetic and friendly with adults and kids. He was goofy and singing along to the music. I love the fact that they can clean all of my kids teeth at the same time, rather than having several appointments. We've had great experiences for cleanings and fillings.

Best dental office ever. I wish they would take adults. My children love it and get very excited when it is time for their appointments. A+++

Dr.McDonnell and his team are amazing.We used to see him when he was located at exit 18.We now travel an additional thirty minutes.We live in Schroonlake and have a special needs child whom Dr.McDonnell is so good with.My son says"He gets me"that says it all.I would recommend him to anyone.I wish he did adults.

My child is on the autism spectrum and he has done very well with this practice - the hygenists and dentists are patient with him and he actually looks forward to visits. The office staff leaves something to be desired. They cancelled one of our appts without telling us and could give no good reason why, even though I had called them a week before the appt to discuss a change in insurance. I choose to address the office staff issues by getting the name of the person I am talking with and I call to confirm appts on my own now. Yes it's annoying, but my child's ease with this place makes it worth it.

My children started with this practice 7 years ago, when it was small and comfortable. Now it is very commercial and revenue based. My last experience caused me to discontinue my children as patients. I made an appt. for all 3, 3 months ago at 7:30 am. Got there and they had cancell3ed my appt. because they called my ex's number and couldn't confirm the appt. The office staff was rude and told me they could squeeze me in but it would take an hour and a half. The attitude was aweful and I left. I wouldn't recommend this place at this point as I am an advocate of being warm and polite to the patient.

This is the most amazing pediatric dentistry we have ever had the delight to visit in our many relocations with the military and subsequently with corporate America. If you have children, even a child with special needs, this is the place to go!! They are wonderful with children here!!

I would NOT recommend this Dental office due to my own personal experience!

I have been bringing my children to this dentist for YEARS...as to the "straight jacket type suit"....ummmm did your grandchild have "Versid" which is basically liquid vallium? The "suit" assists the providers in keeping the child's hands and arms out of the way and to avoid injury to the provider as well as the child. My children LOVE going to see the dentist regardless if its a regular check up or if there is serious work to be done.
