I had my 2010 HONDA CHECKED for Freon at Gateway and i was told I needed a compressor and receiver condenser and something else (1,000.00 ) I did not feel good about it and I called Jessica, and she told me " Tony compressor don't go bad on a Honda, bring it and we will check it. I did , and come to find out it only needed a shrader valve and total charge was $180.00. a savings of $900.00. so KUDOS to Jessica. Learned a valiable lesson, don't go anywhere else for service.

It was overall a decent experience. Our car sales woman wasn't pushy, which both my husband and I appreciated. She was friendly, personable, and easy to get ahold of. The finance person could have talked a little slower and been a little more clear when going over everything but I understand some people prefer to get in and out as soon as possible.
