my elementary school has been a NIGHTMARE this year!!!!UUUUGH!! i have two kids that attend rosebank elementary, it was awesome for the first 3 years with Mr. Woodward as principal, but when the chula vista elementary school brought in their boy, vickers, as the new principal, everything fell apart. my daughter has been discriminated against for her religious beliefs, as well as our entire family all school year. vickers and the c.v.e.s.d. has made our lives a living HELL. vickers and the c.v.e.s.d. have falsified our attendance documents to ensure we cannot return to rosebank. and though this is hard for my older one, we have been ready since the 2nd semester started and are ready to move forward. i do want other parents to understand that vickers is a very militant and verbally abusive to the little ones. so if you are cool with that type of leadership, then he is your man. good bye rosebank.
