East High School, governed by Laramie County School District 1, serves student in grades 10 through 12. The school's curriculum includes math, social studies, English, science, and health and physical education. It also offers instruction in drama, drawing, music and technology education. East High School's special services department provides remediation and support services for students with disabilities. The school offers programs in marketing and computer, aerospace, and family and consumer science. Its achievement center is a multipurpose facility that conducts more than 20 courses in online format for credit recovery and grade enhancement. East High School offers membership opportunities to students in various organizations, such as the Future Farmers of America and, Family Career and Community Leaders of America. In addition, the school organizes a range of sports activities, including basketball, soccer, swimming, cross-country, tennis, volleyball, and track and field.
