Donald H from Hutchinson Plumbing Heating Cooling was on time, put on the covers on his shoes and greeted my husband and I. He was courteous and friendly. He explained our problem with our boiler and checked our brand on the internet to obtain information about our unit. He called and checked about availability of the parts needed to correct our problem with the boiler. Donald H called us the next day about the availability and quoted the cost. . Also Donald H had Glen call us and then Jim called us to explain further about replacing our unit.We are very pleased with the manner our call to Hutchinson was handled and the technician they sent to our house and the follow up.
George Burns did an excellent job with our plumbing problems, He was on time, very neat, and very efficient. George was very personable and easy to talk to. He also took the time to provide us with an estimate on a new hot water heater. Would like George to do that installation as well.

Called them on Saturday because I had a burst pipe, and no heat. They came the same day and completely solved the problem. While their rates are not necessarily cheap, they were very fair, considering it was a Saturday. Will definitely call them again!
I called and was able to get service the same day! The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and left his workspace clean as as he found it!...but working! I would recommend them without reservation.

We very much appreciate how professional and courteous Kevin C was during our service call. He was knowledgable and very willing to explain things about our HVAC system. A definite asset for Hutchinson.

Service Specialist Ed Pazdan was very thorough and had some recommendations to heat and cool the house more efficiently.

Donald H came to my home to perform a maintenance check on the heating system. He arrived on time and did a thorough check of the system, explaining to me what he was doing and why. He wore protective booties on his shoes when he entered the home to insure he did not bring any dirt onto the rugs and cleaned up before he left. I am very satisfied with the services he performed and would highly recommend Hutchinson.

Hutchinson installed my HVAC about 12 years ago. They have performed semi annual service over the years and the service technician named Wes is a reliable, honest, trustworthy, experienced, straight forward guy. I have been very happy with the service.

Mike S., came this morning to do my fall heater check. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He informed me of the thorough records Hutchinson keeps...from the install to all the service visits. To me this is important because each technician has access to everything that's been done to my unit, prior to coming to my home. I am very happy I chose Hutchinson to install my new Heating and A/C system and I plan to keep having them maintain it.

After calling numerous times for a heating repair when other techs weren't able to figure out the problem, Marcus M. was able to diagnose & fix the heater. It took him all of 5 minutes. Thank you Marcus!!!!
I couldn't be more pleased with Hutchinson and Bob R. Came home, no heat and within 2 hours Bob R. was here and while I needed a new part, he was able to do a temp fix and I had heat. Two days later Bob R. was back and installed the new part. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked fast. I highly recommend Hutchinson and thank Bob R. particularly for a job well done.

No half star!? This company was very unprofessional. I called for service, they asked if I was a regular customer, I said no, but my heat was out. They scheduled a timeframe of 11-3, I took off from work, and waited, no call no show. I called and got their "answering service" they took my message and I asked them to call me back. No call no show the next day.. Very unprofessional.
