I hate to give the store on Gunbarrel a bad review because of one person but in reality, they allow this guy to work there. I don't know his name but he appears to be in his mid to upper 50's, very thin build, with longish gray hair and glasses. There's not enough room to go through all the details but I waited patiently for him to finish "shooting the crap" so I could ask him a question. He walks off while I'm literally yelling for his attention. I find him on the next isle "shooting the crap" again with another employee. I ask the other employee about a tool for electrical work and this guy gives a smirk and starts rolling his eyes. I have no idea what his problem is but I'm still in disbelief? There's more to it, but i believe I've made my case. I spend several thousand dollars a month at Lowes. I love the inventory and the convenience. It's was a very big disappointment with my experience today. BTW... it happened 3-21-17 at 210pm. Sincerely.
This is my third planting season in Tennessee. I just love Gunbarrel Lowe's!! So many great plants and they back up their guarantee if anything does not do well, return it!! This site says the Gunbarrel Rd store is open until 10 pm so we drive all the way over from Hixson and they are closed. The door says they close at 9 and I got there at 9:03. Very upset about wasting the gas and time.
bought a ridiing lawnmower,{troy built} want cut in reverse,and for a 20 hp engine not very fast,almost slow.

Called this store for locations of other stores and the 1st girl I spoke to was dumb as a brick in water she had to pass me on to someone else to get my question taken care of for me. What has this chain become when it has people that are to know an answer taking the call and having to pass you around to get it taken care of for you. Asking for a location should be the easy question to answer for someone, if you take a call and you don't know the way to fill a question you SHOULD NOT BE TAKING THE CALLS AT ALL. Bet they do not post this review as it makes them look DUMB!
