Impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness. Each employee we met wihle in the store spoke to us and we were stoppped by two employees who checked to see if we were being helped. Folks really do notice. Keep up the good work.
On March 20, 2011 between 7:00pm-7:30pm I went to this LOWE'S in Fort Ogelthorpe,GA to purchase a door for my grandmother. As I'm checking out at the register, a girl (from another register) which was at the customer service desk comes and yanks the door up I was buying as if I was trying to steal something. I was on the phone when this happened, so I wasn't pressing it at that very moment. There was a crushed bottle water I drank that was under the door. I understand that people steal and you have to protect and look out for your store, but before or after she done this she did not say a word to me O_o. Nothing. I felt totally disrespected and I'm not sure if I will EVER shop at this store again. On top of all of this, I worked for this store for 2 years will I was in college and helped LP catch crooks all the time. Farther actions might be taken about this. I AM SO NOT HAPPY about it.
