Our 4yr old daughter has been at Shining Stars Academy for 6+ months now and is thriving! The staff and teachers are great! They are very caring and attentive. The school is always clean, warm, and friendly. The curriculum is challenging and fun. Our daughter looks forward to going to school everyday. It's wonderful! We are so happy we enrolled our daughter at Shining Stars Academy.

I have 2 kids at Shining Stars and they have flourished there. My oldest son attended the school under a different name and it became so poor that I was putting him on waitlists elsewhere to get him out. Then Shining Stars took over and made huge improvements. It's 5 stars, the curriculum and teachers are wonderful, and communication and attention in each classroom is great. It's small enough that all the teachers know both my kids (even if they haven't made it to their class yet). It's also very clean and I can count on one hand the number of times my kids have been sick since Shining Stars took over 2 years ago. The owners are very hands-on and invest to ensure the school is very competitive. My kids are learning a ton, the environment is caring, and they just love it!

We just started this September when my son turned three. So far this has been a fabulous decision!! Clayson loves his school and his teachers. He enjoys playing in the classroom and playground, and is ALWAYS happy when I return to pick him up. The school provides food, snacks, nap time and the cleanliness of the facility is very impressive. My only negative comment is the driveway entrance/exit. It is a steep grade w/ a dip at end of driveway. It is tough to drive out onto Lancaster Highway during rush hour traffic. The city needs to install a blinking yellow light to slow down the traffic flow. Everyone at Shining Stars is extremely professional, the school is beautifully kept and SUPER CLEAN!! The kids all seem happy and the price is affordable. Great job shining stars!! Karen Neugebauer

Our child has been enrolled here for the last year and a half and it has been a fabulous experience. The staff is very attentive, the teachers are caring and the curriculum is great! The day we went there for a visit our daughter let go of my hand and walked away. She was instantly comfortable. The staff made us all feel instantly comfortable. At 31/2 my daughter is writing her name, using Spanish words, knows the Pledge of Allegiance and many, many other things. The owner, staff and teachers all make us feel comfortable about leaving our child in their care. If you visit the academy you will get the same secure feeling we had the day we first walked in the door. I highly recommend it.

Our daughter started at Shining Stars in Ballantyne recently and she loves it! She is in Nursery 1(the youngest babies) and I was so worried how starting daycare would be. It has been a wonderful transition and they are the best! She loves her teachers and they take amazing care of her. Everyone knows her name and greets us with a smile each time when come in the door. They take wonderful care of the babies and are very accommodating to the schedule they are on at home. I can tell she enjoys playing with the other babies and is learning a lot each day. They listen to music, read books, play, go on walks outside. Her teacher even helped her do painted footprints on fall leaves this past week - her first art project! They have the Watch Me Grow camera system in her classroom which is a great feature, and gave me much peace of mind. They are just fantastic, in general, and I highly recommend this daycare center.
