I went to this store without doing my home work so shame on me! I paid $100 more for my sewing machine then any of the competitors. I did go back since I had not even taken the sewing machine out of the box. I tried to return the machine only be told the owner doesn't take returns and I should try to sell it on Craig's list if I didn't want the machine. If you go to this store make sure you do your homework! I paid at least $100 too much.
I went there looking for a sewing machine. The female that waited on me was not friendly. Unfortunately, I did buy a sewing machine there only to find out that most other retailers sold the same machine for $100 less. I went back to talk to the sales person and was told, "too bad for you! It's yours now. You can sell it on craigs list but I wont do anything for you." I was very upset. From now on I will do my homework and check prices. I would say stay clear of this place.
Can in because sewing machine was breaking needles. Turned out to be a simple adjustment. Tried to fix the bent bobber bar, but too out of wack. Great service. (and a good guy to talk to)
I have been here several times for various sewing machine needs and have never walked out disappointed. Every time I go for help, it just gets better and better. It doesn't matter if you have a less expensive machine (like I do) or a super fancy model, they will help, fix, locate any part, do whatever it takes to take care of each customer as if they are family. Do not hesitate to come to them with your sewing machine needs! You will not be disappointed!!
