Was in the area for business & was told that this was THE PLACE to go for a very nice meal. NOTHING could have been further from the truth - the food AND the service were deplorable. I chose the "aged" New York Strip (special of the day). I have eaten aged beef in some of the finest steak houses in NYC - this beef was NOT aged. Not only did it not have that intense, silky flavor - but it was tough and full of gristle. My dining partner had the crab cakes, and she was only able to eat 2 or 3 bites, stating that she has had better from a grocer's freezer. The service we received was terrible - our waiter was less than attentive, and when he did deign to come by our table - he was impatient and rude. However, in defense of the entire establishment - that the other diners in the restaurant appeared to be well cared for and enjoying their meals. I will be returning to this area in two weeks, and plan to stay far, far away from here.
