I came in over the holiday weekend, there were super busy as I expected. Kaveh my salesperson was awesome, I didn't feel rushed at all, he explained everything and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. It took some time to get the papers signed but again big holiday weekend so you just have to expect that. Thanks again Kaveh!!

Sell might be leading in price but need to improve in customer service.Once they sell you a car, they treat you like they don't know you anymore. Bad customer service. They ignore all my complaint issue for the inconveniency I've experienced. Pre-inspection not done prior to my drive away and had to drive back to get it done. When I arrived to get serviced, nothing was inputted in their system. Talked to the head customer service rep. and he did nothing.

I just bought an Accord here. This is my second car purchase from this dealer. I've bought several cars in my lifetime and I agree with the other reviewer. Excellent customer service, very competitive prices and just all around nice people - in all departments from service to financing. I'll buy my next car here also.

I just bought a new Honda Civic at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos and had the best car buying experience ever! The price was outstanding and the service was even better! I see why they are the #1 Honda dealer in all of California! If your in the market for a Honda I an assure you this is the place to go!
