Jason was typical of my exemplary Plumbline Services experience. He was on time, fast and efficient in his work and offered options on how to proceed. I would highly recommend him and Plumbline for any plumbing services needs.

Plumbline worked well for me. My Technician Jason went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and he stayed around and tested and cleaned-up after himself. I feel confident that my plumbing issue is completely solved. All in All, it wasn't that much of a pain.

Plumbline has been our plumber, both for our plumbing and boiler for 7 years. They have always been honest and answered all our questions. When we had a serious boiler problem, Ben treated us like family. He answered our questions, was courteous to all of us (even our kids), and got us the best price possible. We had a CO problem and no heat in the middle of winter and he had us back in a safe, warm house faster than we could have ever expected. He and his crew did an excellent job of taking care of our family. They worked a brutally long day to do the best job possible and get our boiler replaced and running. My boys thought Ben was extra cool and really good at all that dangerous, hard work.

I was dreading the repair of a leaking pipe in the ceiling above my breakfast room. Roberto J. diagnosed the problem, examined the premises and located the leak quickly and repaired it in a fraction of the time I had feared. While he had to remove a small area of the ceiling, it is neat and will be quickily repaired. He cleaned up the area at the end. I cannot imagine ayone doing a better job than he did! He is pleasant, polite, keeps the cusomer informed and knowledgeable.

Plumbline is always on time, courteous, helpful with suggestions, and the technicians are very friendly and get the job done. Jason was all of the above... We will use Plumbline again and have recommended them to friends and family.

unbelievable, the only ones who wanted to come out to help us on such a short notice. They worked fast, clean, were very helpfull and polite; and they did not tell me:" sorry I am having coffee with my buddy right now and have no time to come out and fix your problem". No heat! Plumbline's technician Joe DeLong arrived at the appointed time, quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the work after answering all our questions and explaining things very thouroughly. The plumbing in my house decided to gang up on me! Clyde from Plumbline came out and with quiet efficiency completed the job in about 90 minutes. He was very nice, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, and explained all charges before the work began. I have used Plumbline Services several times in the past and have always been pleased with the great service I received. I would highly recommend Plumbline Services.

Response to my call for service was promptly processed and a technician (Jeff D.) arrived on time. He was friendly, neatly dressed, very polite, professional, and a good listener. Once we agreed on what was to be done, he got to work and quickly solved my problem. I felt very comfortable with him and a sense of confidence and trust which I find rare in service technicians. There was no "selling" pressure. He was focused on the job and delivering quality service to my satisfaction. He is a great ambassador for Plumbline Services. Should I need their types of services in the future, I will definitely call them (and ask for Jeff if he is available). Their services are very reasonable, and high customer satisfaction is their goal. It was certainly met in this service call.

Glenn is very knowledgeable and very efficient. He listened to our issues and then recommended possible solutions and then did the work very quickly and efficiently.

Had a bit of a problem locating our sewer line to install a 2 way cleanout. Dave Marr was very courteous and worked hard to find it. Dave went the extra mile to see that we were satisfied with the job. The service techs were hard working and friendly. Miquel Cardenas was exceptional; explaining what they were doing, answering questions, working late by the lights of his truck, all the while being very respectful and friendly.Miquel is a master plumber and was knowledgeable about all facets of the job, inside and out. Other techs involved with this job, Jason Jordan and Amos Martinez, were very nice and did their jobs professionally as well. The final clean up of our front yard could have perhaps been better, though none of these men were involved with that.

Roberto clearly exceeded service expectations. He came out to do a whole house plumbing inspection and ended up staying over four hours to complete several major projects. He thoroughly explained why each of the repairs was needed and promptly and cheerfully completed the job.

Have used Plumbline Services twice in the last few months. Glenn K., the tech, replaced our water heaters and installed a whole house water filter. This is an amazing company; very fast and professional. It has been a pleasure doing business with Plumbline and Glenn.
