My name is Dr. Rachelle Merchant and I am excited to be your trusted Regenerative Wellness Expert in the Castle Rock area! I am so passionate about being able to wake up every day knowing that I will be changing the lives of those in my community. I am without a doubt a people person first and foremost. I want to get to know those I treat as an individual so that you and I both can be part of the amazing process to change your and your family’s lives for the better and celebrate your health achievements together. I received my Bachelor of Science from California State University, Long Beach and my doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West and have been practicing for nearly 10 years. As well as being Life Restoration Centers Chief Rehabilitation Officer, I have owned and operate 100% Chiropractic for four years now and am now looking forward to being your Castle Rock Regenerative Medicine Diagnostician and Rehab provider. Seeing the pain and debilitating effects that long-term degeneration and osteoarthritis can cause first hand I am so excited to share the benefits of true regeneration with my community. The float pod was a great experience and definitely worth trying. I will be coming back for a float, infrared sauna and massage chair. Awesome!

The day spa special was fantastic! The float pod is unlike anything I've done and I feel the detox from the infa-red sauna! Definitely going to do this on a regular basis!
Both my massage and facial were fantastic. I ask a lot of questions and both therapists were very knowledgeable.
The experience of the float, infra-red, and zero massage was one of the most relaxing personal treatments ever had the pleasure of. Add how the staff treats you and the reasonable cost this is so worth trying it out.
