Me and my wife own a property and had an issue with our mainline. Chris came out and worked really hard to install our new sewer line. I would recommend Chris to others having the same issue because he is very professional in his work and customer service. Glad I found a plumber I can trust!

Had a backed up toilet before where Chris had came out and cleared it for us within minutes while being very polite and respectful to me and my husband. We had the same issue a month later and Chris provided the same outstanding customer service he did before. I highly recommend Chris to others having issues with their plumbing.

I have had a continuous issue with my sewer line and have had several plumbers come out and take care of it for me. Chris stood out from the others because he kept me well informed on the issue and explained to me everything in detail from the issues with my line to possible solutions to fixing my problem.

Dispatcher Veronica was curious and her phone follow through was prompt, as was the arrival of service tech, Edwin, at my residence. Edwin handled the service call in a professional manner. Although I only needed the mainline drain snaked/rooter, he did explain other options available to me to lessen the need for future rooter service. Overall customer service was excellent from this company, and my home's mainline drain is flowing freely once again. Oh, I had a coupon for this service that offered a price which was about half of what other companies had charged me in the past. I expected there to be some "catch" with this offer. But, no. The price was honored as advertised. Given my positive experience with this company, I will certainly give them a call for other plumbing issues that come up in the future.

Chris was fantastic! He came to my house at 7 and worked until 10:30pm on Tuesday to make sure all of my problems were fixed. I would highly recommend using rooter hero for future issues because I know I can trust them thanks to Chris. I hope he gets recognized by his company for his hard work and dedication for providing the best costumer service possible.

chris was the hero this evening we found a dead squirrel and the two women were going to take care of it but Chris offered to help us and disposed of the dead squirrel which really helped us. Kudos for Chris! Because of Chris I would switch from my current plumbing company to Rooter hero. He was very polite and you are lucky to have him!
George was on time, very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He actually helped us to figure out a better way to achieve our goal than we initially planned. Rooter Hero Plumbing was a great first time experience , my technician David was very professional and courteous.He explained what was my issue was and tips to avoid future problems. The company let me know the name and an approximate time my technician would be at my home, that was great!
