Jeffrey Morgan was the Service Advisor that assisted me with getting my 06 Nissan Murano SL the major service that I needed. I initially was just going to get an oil change, but when Jeffrey informed me that I was due for the major service, I figured I better get it now since there was not alot of people getting service. Jeffrey promised that he would try to get it done as soon as possible since I was going to wait for the vehicle. I was surprised at how fast they completed the service and washed the car. Jeffrey Morgan really took care of me, he knew that I was in no mood to sit at the dealership for approximately 3 hours. He came through with his promised to get me out of there quickly. Thank you Jeff for the great service, keeping your promise and the special care you showed me.

I wanted to buy a Leaf only because I wanted the carpool sticker, but due to the great service I got from Lai-ce, including getting the sticker at the same time as I got the vehicle, my expectations were exceeded! I really love the car, just commuted with it today, and I just might give up my Lexus now because the Leaf has the luxury of my car and even more impressive features than the Lexus.
