Established in 1992, Central Middle School serves more than 1,000 students in grades six through eight. The school provides a range of general academic and special and gifted education programs. It also offers reading, language and speech improvement classes. In addition, the school conducts classes in business and technology education. Its sports program includes baseball, basketball, cross country, cheerleading, golf, softball, football, wrestling, and track and field. The school also operates clubs, such as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, academic, yearbook and student council. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities, including music, art, physical education, band and chorus. Additionally, Central Middle School provides food and counseling services. It is a part of Carroll County Schools. The school is located in Carrollton, Ga.
