You should not discriminate because a potential employee has a criminal backbround. People can change and before you even really talked to me you dismissed me because of a mistake I made 6 years ago. If you are reading this, I suggest you go to another staffing agency because JFC will not even ask about experience or skills, only if you have a background, whether it is relitive to the job you are applying for or not. JFC, you would have alot more business if you would stop worrying about backgroung checks for weldere and production workers, maybe if people were applying for caretaker positions

I have been to various staffing agencies and never felt more valued than I have at JFC. They truly care about their candidates and will go to great lengths to exceed ones expectations. It is with great knowledge and appreciation that I will spread the word to all. I never thought a staffing agency would be so dedicated or genuinely care, but then I found JFC! Thank you JFC!

Two days ago I interviewed with JFC Global - one of the divisions that makes up JFC Staffing Associates. Not only was the lady who interviewed me VERY professional - but she also shared two different openings with me. 1 was a temp to hire position and the other was a permanent placement. We decided that the perm job was a better fit and now I have an interview with the company tomorrow! Wish me luck!

This company is so worried about money and their bottom dollar, that they will do whatever it takes to put more $ in the owner's pockets, including ripping off the temporaries that are working for them. They treat their clients alot better than they treat their temporaries. The companies owners and managers are crooks. The people that are running this business are so screwed up, disshonest, as well as immoral. As a temporary working for them, I've been screwed out of raises and bonuses that I was to get, and even the times I did receive them, they actually charged their clients a portion of the bonus I was entitled to. How messed up is that?! They make money off their clients when their clients are trying to reward the temporaries that are working for them.

They are kind, helpful, and most of all FREE. I enjoyed working with them because they find good jobs for professionals.
