The agency does it's best to find work for people who need it. Many of the jobs are challenging and can cause a person to learn a skill they did'n t know before. Such as a new language in a bilingual atmosphere. Field adjustments to shift times and outside legal difficulties can be overcome because the employer is willing to work with individuals who need a second chance and are willing to work for it. The agency also supports the United States position on employment for immigrants with green card work permits.
