Food was excellent at the bar.

15 mins. to many of the sights in Chicago area. Loved the pool and hot tub super fun for kids, suite was perfect lots of room, pull out couch,fridge,micr loved our stay and a great price!

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Rates were much less than other motels in area.

We are triple bookers. 14 years ago Feb. we hosted our daughters wedding reception here, nothing but good comments on the food and the speciality vegetarian request. This summer in August we hosted our son's wedding reception at the same place same room, same great service and excellent food. We had guest from Japan and they were very impressed and well as many other out of town guest. Roll forward time to plan our Holiday/Welcome the New Year party and the best place I could think of was of course Gina and Best Western. Though it was a much smaller group than the previous two, we were given the same great service, consideration and food. It is so nice to see the same friendly face in the hospitaly industry after 14 years. We also stayed at the hotel and the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the linens were quality. We look forward to our next adventure. Keep up the great work.

Three night stay, 100% satisfactory. Friendly staff, nice room with great mattress and huge TV. All you can want for breakfast. Spacious atrium for visiting and nice pool. Only hitch was that two exercise bikes not working. Hey, what's not to like. Highly recommended.

I recently had two seperate staays at this hotel for a volleyball tournament with my daughter. Both times I had excellant service from front desk to check out. I work at a hotel and I KNOW when I say great service!

I don't know all of their names, but everyone is very pleasant.

I loved the speedy checkin. I was really tired from the plane ride. And the breakfast waffles were great. The bathroom was amazing. The shower head was able to provide the right amount of pressure to my back to help ease my tense muscles from the plane ride.

Had a great stay this week! I found the hotel to be very clean, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast to have lots of choices. My room was very clean and comfortable. I found the location fine and the hotel was easy to find. The parking lot was very clean and well lit. Thank you for a great stay!

The best hotel to stay at. I have a diamond status for a reason. Love the hotel and the staff is very friendly, especially Theresa. I am currently making plans to stay tomorrow. Plus my kids love the pool. Very clean and nice hotel.

We got in real late at night, probably 1a, and all they had left was a two-double. The guy accommodated the rate we found earlier online and was really cool. Checked us in quick so we could got to bed after 20+ hours stuck in airports. Room was clean and the pillows are awesome. Anyway, best part was in the morning. I woke up after the breakfast closed (930a), went down there and the lady working already put everything away. She was so nice, brought everything out, I made a bad a bad [--] personal waffle, had some eggs and sausage, good coffee out of the machine. I was impressed, very cool of her and she was just all about making it good experience. Cheesy I know, but true. Very nice people here from my experience.

We wanted a hotel close to the airport since we had an early flight home. It was close enough to the airport, easy to find, clean, nice people at the front desk, and the price was ok. And- it was easy to get to the airport in the morning.

Front desk staff- She was able to accommodate a last minute request on my behalf, change rooms for me.

This hotel was home base for a group who rented four rooms for a week. We had clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. The hotel was reasonably priced, provided free parking, a free continental breakfast, had a pool, hot tub and small fitness center. Three of the rooms were king rooms and one had two queens. Although they were not all equipped with refrigerators and microwaves, the staff did provide one on request. This Best Western worked well as a base for our Chicago visit. There were many nearby restaurants, places to shop and the Midway airport was only three miles away. We would all stay here again.

I booked this room using Best Western Reward points. I just needed a place to stay before catching an early flight out of Midway. This hotel meet my needs. The gentelmen working the front desk when I checked in seemed distracted and rushed me through the process. Elevator was in working condition. The room I stayed in was oddly shaped...it had an extremely long hallway after entering the room before reaching the sleeping area and bathroom. The room was clean but nothing fancy (I expected as much since I was one of the cheaper hotels as far as Best Western points were concerned). The decor, furniture, bedding, etc. was all a bit dated but was clean. I had a non-smoking room and it didn't smell like smoke. The room was generally quiet as I was at the very end of the hall on the 3rd floor. The heating unit in the room was a little noisy and hard to regulate between too hot and too cold, I opted for cooler and bundled up. Small older t.v. with basic cable channels was available. the bathroom was a bit dated but generally clean. When I checked in I noticed there was a pool however it appeared no one was using it and I didn't use it so I can't comment.

Here are some great thing about the place: 1. Location-if you fly into Midway, that is. 2. Price-can't beat that! 3. Complimentary Wi-Fi

Needed to make an early flight. Hotel booked through expedia for one night. Significant front-desk traffic, checkins, etc upon 8:30 PM arrival with only one (efficient and helpful) clerk. Room was clean, beds comfortable with some signs of repaired damage to rug. Free wi-fy (Ask desk at checkin for name and password to save a trip back down to get it.) Free printer access via public computer in small room next to registration desk. Free parking. Good price (for area). Included breakfast was OK (waffle iron was sticking. Otherwise low-but-ok by other Best Western standards. Includes indoor swiming pool and some exercise equipment. Try and avoid room across from elevator to minimize noise (although we slept ok).

The hotel is clean and modern; the front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our weekend at this hotel while visiting our daughter in Chicago.

The hotel is convenient for business in and around the immediate area of Burbank and southern Chicago suburbs and when flying in and out of Midway Airport. The location however is not convenient for business in downtown Chicago or to north and northwest Chicago suburbs.

CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK , WE GO TO ILLINOIS ALOT AND SAY AT MANY HOTELS ,BUT THIS WAS THE BEST FOR THE PRICE. WILL STAY AGAIN !!!!! CLOSE TO MANY PLACES TO EAT AND SHOP !!
