I was referred to Rob because of his mobile service. The window was smashed on my Ford Focus and I was at work. Rob was incredibly friendly and professional on the phone; checking to make sure he had the window, arranging and confirming an arrival time, and giving me an accurate estimate of cost. I got a call shortly before he arrived so I could get to my car. The entire process took less than an hour. He had cleaned all the glass from my seats and floors. I would recommend Clear Cut Auto Glass to anyone who needs any glass repair because of the ABOVE AND BEYOND professionalism and customer service I received. Thank you!

Clear Cut Auto Glass is by far THE BEST place you could go. Rob fixed my windows on 2 separate occasions after break-ins to my car. He went above and beyond to help me out, even met me at work and shoveled my car out of the snow so I could get home! He vacuumed all of the glass out of my car from the windows that were broken and took his time getting the new windows put in correctly. He even called back the next day to make sure everything was working, and to see if there was anything else I needed. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE you could ask for and Rob is an expert at what he does and you can trust that he is giving you a good deal. Safelite tried to charge me $100 more than what Clear Cut did! I wouldn't take my car to anyone else for this type of service!!

Rob did amazing work on my truck he explained to me everything he was doing and how it worked. He was super friendly and saved me around 250 bucks. i highly recommend calling him he knows his stuff and he will do what he can to get you the lowest price with the best service.
QUICK...EFFICIENT, OVERALL SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Without a Doubt, "Clear Cut Auto Glass is Absolutely: THE BEST CHOICE" There are still QUALITY BUSINESSES AROUND!!!! I WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED FROM MY FIRST EXPERIENCE. I WAS DRIVING ALONG THE EXPRESSWAY AND AT MY EXIT I WAS SITTING NEXT TO the "CLEAR CUT AUTO GLASS" TRUCK !WROTE DOWN THE NUMBER AND CALLED IMMEDIATELY, RECEIVED AN APPT. AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN LESS THAN 24HRS. my first replacement went smoothly. Rob took good care of my truck and I have had NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. He took care of everything and wowed me with his quick service. Recommended my brother to him and he gave the price price out there. He even follows up after to make sure we are happy. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
today it is freezing outside actually freezing is a understatement its a blizzard outside someone decided to break in my car in the winter time :( so i call clear cut auto glass he was super friendly! he was willing to work with me from the beginning and he is fixing my window in a blizzard!!!!!! this guy is so awesome buffalo in these times its hard to find businesses with awesome customer and affordable services PLEASE SUPPORT THIS ONE IT WILL BE A BLESSING UNTO YOU AS IT HAS BEEN FOR ME!!!!!! 2 THUMBS UP
I couldn't be more satisfied with there work. Came out on a Holiday, which happen to be a weekend, just to vacuum my 2002 Envoy and cover the broken window. Then was there the next business day to replace the glass. I would highly recommend clearcut and the owner Rob to all that needs Autoglass repair. Dave M. Buffalo, NY.

Highly recommend did a great job on my jeep liberty. Very easy to make an appointment. Also did a follow up after the job to made sure I was happy.

Rob was very prompt and professional. His work was excellent, and his attention to detail was great. He called to double-check the appointment prior to coming. Even the post-job clean-up was much better than expected. I was extremely pleased with his work and would highly recommend him for auto glass service!!!

Rob was a very dependable and easy person to work with, he's affordable and can work around your schedule. He made the whole process quick and easy and saved me alot of money and you can't beat his guarantee. Would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I am proud to same I am a bug fan now. I will go to NO ONE but them. all I did was call the company like I did many others and he is the ONLY one who took the time out to come to the house 15 after we spoke JUST so he can look at my windshield and give me a price. The man was honest with me about , pricing, warranty, and his quality service. he did my window today and it took an hour, and then fully drivable another hour after that. This is the most amazing service I ever had. he even vacumed our car and cleaned the window and did extra that was out of the kindness of his heart. we greatly appreciate the honesty and the service provided.... call clear cut auto glass before you call anywhere else.. !

I just wanted to be the first to review, I recently had my back window replaced by them. They came out the same day and handled my insurance claim with no problem, they even vacuumed all the broken glass and were very polite. Most of all very efficient in their work....thanks
