Worst Company Ever.....
I called and person has no common sense and I will not ever use this company ever...
They arrived when he said he would, told me the price up front and even though there were complications, the technician stayed with the job until complete. I would highly recommend for this service. as a matter of fact, he came back to check that it was working properly.
Really good service, I definitely got a lot more than I expected. It is not every day that you find a business that you can truly, happily recommend to relatives and buddies.
My problem was so simple and easy to fix that it took the repair men no longer than a half an hour to complete the repair. Cheers.
Woke up to the sound of dripping and I thought the roof was leaking again. Turned out that the fridge was doing the leaking instead. SOS! Called my usual guy, he was totally booked. Called my secondary recommendation, this service company. After getting them out to fix it on the same day, I just want to announce that they are currently my primary recommendation now.
Had their repair man come over and fix our refrigerator quickly and for a reasonable price. Will use Brooklyn AC and Appliance Repair in the future.
After dealing with grueling heat and this wonderful economy. This company has come to my rescue and fixed my air conditioning unit. Their service was quick, reliable, and very helpful. They charged me less then what I was previously quoted and their service went above and beyond the price. They are one of the few remaining honest companies still around. The microwave door was stubborn and refused to close. I have no oven in my apartment so I really need it. I called this company and the repairman took less than 20 mins to make the door normal again. Fast job guys.

Brooklyn AC and Appliance Repair fixed a problem with one of our freezers. The technician was very prompt, and very professional, explaining the problems he found and how to correct them. The company's prices are far below their competition and their workmanship and professionalism are far above their competition. I highly recommend these guys.
