Provided by YP.comHad a very good experience with our technician, Kevin. He was thorough with cleaning the water heater, vacuuming the necessary parts and inspecting over the heater. We've had our heater inspected for the past 3 years and it was only this year that the technician thoroughly looked at the tank. Thank you Kevin for a good well done!

Provided by YP.comI am giving Sears 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Here's why I am so very dissatisfied: Today is October 17th, and I have been without hot water since September 16 (31 days now and still counting)!! Sears has had service techs out to my home on Sept. 17 (for diagnosis) and on Sept. 20, Sept. 26, and Sept. 28 for repair attempts- still no hot water. The repairman on Sept. 28 put in an "emergency order" for additional parts, but every delivery date so far has been cancelled by Sears, and now, 31 days with NO HOT WATER (!) later the parts are "scheduled" to arrive on Oct. 21. Sears thinks it's okay to let a customer have NO HOT WATER for 5 weeks!! (And of course, that's optimistically assuming that the parts delivery will not be cancelled again- for the 4th time!)
Sears customer service is disgraceful! If you cannot fix it, you should replace it!
