We have been Going to Dr. Farrah and Dr. Tom Austin for the past 6 years now. They and their staff are wonderful people with Excellent knowledge and show true Compassion in any situation. We would Recommend Grace Animal Hospital 100% to anyone.
Very caring very thorough but real expensive for me anyway
Not impressed at all with this facility. With female veterinarian, she criticized me and how I was caring for my ailing pet without reviewing his chart. Once she reviewed his chart and how his blood work had improved, no apologies offered--she just got quiet. Also interesting that they seem to have a high turnover rate with employees. No one seems happy or enthusiastic with being there. There are no great vets in North Central WV--for that need to go to Pittsburgh area; however there are better "general practitioners" in North Central WV and the really good ones work with you without judgment, knowing that we all love our pets dearly or would not be in the veterinarian's office in search of ways to get (and keep) them healthy. Also, if interested in preventative health care and more recent research regarding vaccinations, you need to go elsewhere.

This place is horrible they do not care for your pet. Do not go here. They would not give my cat the care he needed and he died because of it. All he need was his meds to be refilled and they refused.

Everyone is very friendly, these people actually care and have a love and passion for animals. To them it's not "just a job". I felt very safe taking my cat there, wouldn't think of taking him anywhere else.
I have taken my cat there twice and I am impressed each time. Dr. tom and staff are so caring and compassionate that I can't see me taking my babes any where else. The place is beautiful, clean and a happy place to be when you come in with a sick one. My cat is doing great thanks to Grace Animal Hospital, and I want to thank them all for all that you do...

Great hospital. Extremely clean. We started bringing our two mini dacshunds here and couldn't be happier with the level of service we've received.
AMAZING Animal Hospital! This was my first visit at this location, and even thou the results were not what I was hoping for, the answers were clear and explained. Everyone from the receptionist, vet. tech, to Dr. Farrah were so wonderful! I have found my new veterinarian for both my beloved furry family members from this day on! This place is so clean, top notch, and the veterinarian is very educated, and specialized. Thank You Grace Animal Hospital for making our first visit so comfortable.
I must say right off the bat, I don't usually take the time to write these reviews, but I was so impressed with Grace Animal Hospital in Bridgeport I felt it important to put it in writing. Their building was very clean. The staff and the veterinarian were all very nice and kind, yet very professional. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with their answers. Their prices are right on line with other local vets or maybe even a bit lower. I've had pets for as long as I can remember - which means I've mad many vet visits, from now on I will take my pets ONLY to Grace Animal Hospital, and I highly recommend my friends and family with pets do the same.

Best Vets anywhere around! We were very displeased w/the care our 11 yr. old Chihuahua, Skeeter, was receiving at our long time vets office. So when he began having increased symptoms to something the other vet hadn't concluded the source of yet, I took him to see Dr. Farrah Austin at Grace. She performed the most thorough exam I've ever seen performed in a vets office & immediately found part of the problem, a badly abscessed tooth. It turns out that Skeeter also has terminal bone cancer in his nasal cavity/orbital socket, but w/Dr. Tom and Farrah's help, he is doing wonderfully, 5 months after this diagnosis. Dr. Tom also performed surgery to remove small eye tumors from our black lab, Dre. You can't even tell his eyelids have been touched! It's amazing! We now have a mini doxi pup & a mini schnauzer on the way, and wouldn't dare let any other veterinarian lay a finger on any of our 4 "babies". If you want PROPER care for your pets, go to Grace Animal Hospital!
After hearing Rave reviews from a friends', sister, I took my cat for what I thought might be a second opinion. I had been treating him for colitis and asthma since he was a kitten, with symptoms getting worse each year. That professionalism, attention to all details of my pets condition, availability of the vet, ease of getting an appointment, and well thought out plan for Dakotas' new treatment plan were only the begining of my delight with this new Animal Hospital in our area. I encourage anyone who has a new pet to start with this group & those driving to Fairmont or Morgantown to please consult this group for your pet needs. Anyone who has a pet with a special health issue or emergency need, should also look into using the services offered here. The plain and simple truth is, Grace Animal Hospital gives above average care and the fees are far more reasonable than any other vet I have been to and there are even payment options if you need them. My cat was so much happier now.

I would recommend anyone take their pets to Grace Animal Hospital. I couldn't find a vet to see my rabbit, and when I called, they said they would. They were so kind and wonderful!! Surgery wasn't an option for us, and so Dr. Austin took the time to make sure she could do what she could without surgery. They truly understand that your pet is not just a pet, but a member of your family.

Grace Animal Hospital is wonderful!!!! The staff is so friendly and compassionate. We had been taking our dogs to another vet for the last several years and were not satisfied with the care we were receiving. Our weimararner had several lumps show up in the last six months that our old vet assured me were benign. Dr. Tom did a thorough exam and tested each of them. A week later our dog had surgery to remove the lumps. Dr. Tom is an excellent surgen. He was very informative about what was wrong with him. Our dog Toby will now have several more years of happiness thanks to Dr. Tom.

Couldn't recommend this place enough! Such a pleasant change from what we were used to. Everyone was so nice, and the doctor did the most thorough exam I've ever seen. I came away with a very good feeling and felt like they truly cared about me and my pets.

Drs. Tom and Farrah Austin are a welcome and much needed addition to our community. Their facility is a state of the art hospital for our pets' medical needs. When I took my dog in for her well dog check up, they were very thorough, informative, spent time with me and treated my dog with the utmost professionalism, compassion and caring. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They welcome you to come visit their facility. I highly recommend Grace Animal Hospital.
Service was wonderful, staff was personable and friendly. The Vet Dr Austin was totally thorough, kind, patient. I have had animals my entire life and never been treated so kindly and everything explained to me so well. Great location, great atmosphere. Highly recommend DR.AUSTIN . Price was resonable.

Dr. Austin was our vet in California! We were so sad to see him leave, but found out that he moved back home to West Virginia to be closer to his family. He was such a great vet, and always took exceptional care of our dogs Dakota and Sunshine. We will miss him dearly. Good Luck Dr. Austin in West Virginia! ~The Lehmanns
