Awful. Took my cat here to be declawed they gave her back covered in her own poop with a bloody eye and the fur missing above it. They say this happened when they tried to put her in her cage and they couldn't clean her up. Now I had to take her to another vet because her toe is infected. They say the declaw surgery was performed wrong and they left bone that was suppose to be removed. So not only was my animal mistreated with no apologies she also had a very expensive surgery done wrong. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Not to mention they also claim to have vets who treat turtles. Very wrong we brought our turtle here before my cats surgery and they were unable to diagnose him with anything. This turtle died shortly after, we had taken him to another vet where he was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection had this been found out early he might still be here.Once again this vet clinic is truly terrible and should not be up and running its a hell on earth for poor animals.

Do Not call with an emergency plz! They put me off for a day after I told them my dog was having trouble breathing. Now my Dog is no longer here. Thanks so much for not giving baby Dog a chance! Nothing against the docs they never got a chance to help. I am talking about receptionist I spoke with . The office manager was gonna see why this happened over a year later I still wait for her reply. Very non caring sorry about your luck type. So sad!
I would not give them one star if I didn't have to!! I called to get two of my dogs in to see the vet and was told that they would not do any work on the one dog because of trouble with the previous owner!!! I told her that it is MY dog now and she refused. I will NEVER take any of my pets to them ever again!!! When I talked to the previous owner she told me that she had a run in with them over billing issues not anything the dog had done. SO out of spit there punishing the dog? I would not call that a professional place I would want to care for my pets anyway!!!!

Hit or miss. Dr. Fraley is fantastic. He knows his craft and has an excellent way with the patients and their people. I've had another doctor there misdiagnose a cat and treat him as a violent enemy because she seemed to assume adult cats are like cute, friendly puppies. She very seriously suggested putting him down for a disease he did not have. Another just kept telling me no, it wasn't FLUTD, because the x-rays showed nothing. The emergency vet in Grafton pointed out his orange sized bladder and the sand-like grit around his nether-region. After three visits in two weeks to the second, unnamed vet at Audubon, the ER vet claimed he was just barely brought in in time. There are good doctors at Audubon. I just wish I could take the risk and try others to tell you who else. Maybe the bad ones aren't bad and just had off days but that's just not a chance I'm willing to take with my little ones lives.

I highly do not recommend these people, recently had a cat to them to be put to sleep. They struggled with catherization of my cat and ask me if it was Ok to sedate him so they could set up a catheter that would eventually end his life. I said they could not thinking once that they would charge for it. The sedation cost more than the administering of the euthanasia. I asked them to waive to cost of the sedative, they said no they would not. I said "You all charge for inability of your staff to perform your job." They would not relent and kept defending their staff. Fine, they just lost my business forever. I'll never go back. They could have at least told a grieving person it would be charged and how much. That's just completely ludicrous. Oh well, II'll take my business elsewhere!
