The turn over of staff is incredible but there complaint is that they are short staffed and the memory unit needs a lot of care. Some of the new staff in the memory unit have no experience in caring for this type of resident. I am concerned about the safety of these residents. .

Nice staff. Sells you on a bunch of services that are truly over-blown when actually there. Raised rates after sibling was there 2 weeks ($200.00!) Read the fine print. Ask about how often events are "cancelled" and staff allocation. Manicures are done by activity director not specialist. etc. etc.

My father has been a resident since 2001 when they found that they were no longer able to care for themselves. I have asked him many times over the past years if he is happy with living here. His answer is always a resounding YES. He is now 88 years old and still does his daily exercise with the other residents. We eat meals with him regularly and the staff is always attentive and caring. I have never had a problem getting to the management to get answers to my questions. I am so thankful that this is the facility that we chose.
