We are VERY pleased with the excellent care our Daddy is receiving at The Consulate. Friendly, very kind staff, incredibly dedicated physical therapists, and occupational and speech therapists. Everyone, especially the Admissions folks, notably Woody and Brent, and Hilda in business office, have been superb so far, in meeting our family's needs. I highly recommend The Consulate for the care, the food (nice selection in meeting a Stage 5 Kidney/ESRD diet) and the great physical therapy. Very pleased with this facility! Thank you. My dad was there for two weeks and we were very happy with the care. The physical therapist was great, the food was ok. The nurse's aids were very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this rehab center to my family and friends.

Facility has a high turnover of key nurses and other staff due to their dissatisfaction with administrators. Administration does not appear to have the best interests of the residents as their goal.

They are rude and nasty there. when I have gone to visit they have ran into a patient with a lunch cart HARD and kept going. Also smells really bad. Nurses aren't very helpful. They deliberately look down or away when you stand at the desk pretending they don't see you. Needless to say we are no longer at that place and will not recommend that place actually spoke to the drs office who now knows not to recommend patients there.
