UPS is the worse delivery service out there, FEDEX is much better, hell, USPS is way better. UPS just sent a very important engine part that I needed badly back to where I had ordered it because I was in the back of my shop and didn't hear the driver knock. There was a phone number on the order to call in case there was a delivery problem, but I guess that was too much trouble for the driver to call, he would probably need to reach into his pocket for his cell phone. It is hard for a working person to sit by their front door all day waiting for UPS. The UPS in my area sometimes comes in the afternoon and some times in the morning, which makes it hard to keep a watch out for him.

Do not call this number if yoiu want to speak to a person in Billings, MT. This is a central number and only gives automated service. Speaking to a real person is doable but I still did not get any help except for the person to tell me they could not help me. I was trying to get a package redelivered to a place of business. The package was still on the UPS truck which was still making deliviveries. No help was possible. Amazing...
