Provided by YP.comTried to have a critically important letter delivered overnight with guaranteed delivery by Noon next day and the letter has gone missing ever since I handed it over. This mistake on the part of the USPS has cost me $220.00 which they do not care enough about to even answer the phone or return my call. I can't express the dissatisfaction I have with this service. Now my letter which has a money order is floating around somewhere

Provided by YPmobileWhat a joke of a company. This is how how guys plan on keeping your jobs? Customer service phone number? How about 4 day customer distraction phone number. Doesn't matter what time of day I call, your office is apparently always closed. You should change your business hours to closed. Deliver something not just on time but early for once. Because believe me, if you don't start actually providing a service to your customers, you will be closed soon enough.

Provided by YP.comNot that USPS is known as a premium experience/service by any standard... but I have had multiple issues with packages being delivered in a timely fashion when the Grant Rd location is the destination point. Perhaps this happens at all of them... but I had one Priority Express International package (supposed overnight delivery once it clears customs) that got from Japan to New York, cleared customs, and then got to Billings all in less time than it took to go from the Grant Rd Post Office to my door (< 3 miles away). It was in Billings and "out for delivery" for 3 days before finally being (apparently) transported to a separate branch... where delivery was finally attempted at 8:00 AM when I wasn't home. I eventually had to just drive down there and pick up the package. What was happening with my package for 4 days? I tried calling - nobody answers the phone and nobody calls you back if you request it. These people just couldn't care less. At a time when the USPS is struggling, you would think they would put a bit more effort into providing decent service to customers who pay for their "premium" services. I'm done with them - I'll just pay the outrageous international fees to ship FedEX/UPS on anything that is remotely time-sensitive. I'm convinced these people truly do not care.
